Kudo for this feature! I am also convinced that constant-time code generation should be ensured by the compiler 🙂

I had the opportunity to backport your commits and try the feature on Thumb-1 and Thumb-2, and noticed BUNDLE pseudo-instructions were not unbundled for Thumb-1 (see my comment).

I'm planning on doing more tryouts in the coming days/weeks, so I may have further feedbacks to share if you're interested!
