We try to avoid adding integration tests to flang where possible. There are a lot of modular steps through flang between Fortran and LLVM-IR. We prefer to test each step in isolation because that leads to less test churn for unrelated changes.

Just testing that OpenMPOpt does the right thing in isolation should be sufficient.
