Aha, it means that the step "[LLVM ABI Tests](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/actions/runs/35177813912/job/105071462924?pr=224185)" is failing. Looking at the output of the "Upload ABI Comparison" step, it flags that `enum Triple::SubArchType` has a bunch of entries changing meaning due to this inserting a value in the middle, and a handful entries for the llvm::MachO::Architecture enum too.

That could break actual code, which isn't great for a point release. Maybe we could change the commits on just the branch to add the values at the end of the enum?
