Do _we_ need anything from .200 instruction set apart of full dwarf op coverage? If not, we might consider not exposing .200 set at all (anyway neither me nor @bashbaug have plans to push it for ratification), but rather port llvm-spirv's flag `spirv-allow-extra-diexpressions` which would have the same effect?
