Updating the BUILD files is optional - given that llvm only supports cmake and [`gn`](https://llvm.org/docs/SupportPolicy.html#id1) is on  [peripheral tier](https://llvm.org/docs/SupportPolicy.html#peripheral-tier) support. I think it should be still pretty easy to update references in `BUILD` files.

Make sure clang-format passes because the member functions need to be indented differently to match the parent class name.
