Subject: [PATCH] [llvm-readobj][docs] Update the --stack-sizes description

The description said that --stack-sizes is only implemented for GNU
style output, which hasn't been the case for a while. Describe the LLVM
and JSON output instead, including the address that each entry in a
linked file now has.
