This is now accepted at every version before 6.0, but OpenMP 5.2 section 17.4 says that if directive-name-A is parallel, the nowait and in_reduction clauses must not be specified. Only 6.0 drops that rule. NOWAIT on PARALLEL DO and PARALLEL WORKSHARE is accepted the same way, and IN_REDUCTION on PARALLEL MASKED TASKLOOP at 5.0 to 5.2. A check for these two clauses when PARALLEL is the first leaf, limited to versions before 6.0, brings back a diagnostic for me.
