Subject: [PATCH] [llvm-readobj][docs] Update the --stack-sizes description

The description said that --stack-sizes is only implemented for GNU
style output, which hasn't been the case for a while. Describe the LLVM
and JSON output instead: each entry also identifies its function as
--call-graph-info does, by its address in a linked file, or by the
relocation that applies to it in a relocatable file.
