Just to be explicit - I had the assumption that Lifetime ends markers won't create new basicblocks (BBs) because they pair with object creations, thus with DeclStmts, and by definition, both of these sit in the same BB.

So I'm still confused about how we can have a BB with only lifetime ends there? This still appears to be wrong.
