@rapidsna / @hnrklssn / @ojhunt can probably approve the content itself and they can confirm that this is a documentation only change that documents what the semantics of these attributes is supposed to be. The documentation was just wrong before. Although it sounds like you want someone more involved in the release process so presumably that's @tru?
