@tstellar thanks - it's passing on Graviton4, so that's puzzling. I'll keep my eyes out. Hoping to merge the 9.7 stack (14 PRs) either tomorrow or early next week, but will delay if required as I don't want to cause breakage for llvm's buildbots.

Let me know if you figure out what's going on as your CI job presumably is more complicated than 'ninja check-all'?
