Subject: [PATCH] [lld] [hexagon] guard allocateAux: only if idx nonzero
 (#149690)

While building libclang_rt.asan-hexagon.so, lld would assert in
lld::elf::hexagonTLSSymbolUpdate().

Fixes #132766
