This patch adds useful methods to the SmallSet API:
- Constructor that takes pair of iterators.
- Constructor that takes a range.
- Constructor that takes an initializer list.
- Copy constructor.
- Move constructor.
- Copy assignment operator.
- Move assignment operator.
