Subject: [PATCH] [Hexagon] Only handle simple types memory accesses (#120654)

The code was asserting because allowsMemoryAccess() was called with
Extended Value Type INVALID_SIMPLE_VALUE_TYPE in
HexagonISelLowering.cpp.
