So, in the "bad" case, it's finding the LLVMConfig.cmake I would expect. The "good" case is picking up the wrong one, but it somehow works? In both cases it reports that LLVM was found, but the one in-tree doesn't work for some reason. Sorry for all the questions, I'm not able to reproduce this.
