LOG: [ASTMatchers] Add binaryOperation matcher

This is a simple utility which allows matching on binaryOperator and
cxxOperatorCallExpr. It can also be extended to support
cxxRewrittenBinaryOperator.

Add generic support for MapAnyOfMatchers to auto-marshalling functions.
