[lldb-dev] Hexagon patches for upstream

Hi,

There are some small changes to lldb/Target/ABI.h which we had to do for 
paving the way for expression evaluation on Hexagon.
I had committed them now to avoid breaking the build.

It would be best if they are reviewed.
