I only encountered this while experimenting with a threadless Emscripten build. The actual WasmBolt debugger configuration can use Emscripten pthreads, so I don't need this change. Disabling lldb-dap at the CMake level would make more sense for genuinely threadless configurations, but that is separate from what I need here.
