We try to only do work lazily when it is needed.  This patch is moving a "first time you look at a value" bit of work to lldb startup, which goes against that design.  lldb gets used in testing harnesses and other environments like that where most of the time you aren't even going to stop in the debugger.  It is just getting used in case of crashes.  For workflows like that, moving this to initialization is just wasted effort.
