LOG: [LLDB] Remove xfail decorator TestInferiorAssert.py AArch64/Linux

TestInferiorAssert.py test_inferior_asserting_disassemble passes after
upgrading LLDB AArch64/Linux buildbot to Ubuntu Focal.
