This gives incorrect results with compiler-rt for rounding modes other than `FE_TONEAREST`. When casting to `float16`, you should use `fputil::cast`. Needs `#include "src/__support/FPUtil/cast.h"`, and the dependency list in libc/src/math/generic/CMakeLists.txt should be updated.
