[flang-dev] [FLANG] Cannot build FLANG with latest LLVM

[Inderjeet Singh Kalra - ERS, HCL Tech via flang-dev]

Compilation error is coming while building LLVM, FLANG. Configured with -DLLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS="mlir;clang;openmp;flang".
