Flang-to-LLVMIR tests are located in Integration/OpenMP, rather than Lower/OpenMP. However, as a comment in tests there state, these are only intended for situations that cannot be checked otherwise via separate Flang-MLIR and MLIR-LLVMIR tests. Consider if you can divide this into these two testing stages.
