I think you should allow the pass to use the default layout in the `fir::support::getOrSetMLIRDataLayout` to avoid having to include all this every time.

Otherwise, it looks like these attributes are meaningfully for the test.

I am OK with having this being done in a separate clean-up patch to do it on all the tests.
