[clangd-dev] Sharing indexes across users (index server)

Hi folks,

Some larger projects we're dealing with are having a hard time with
indexing the code on developer machines all the time, and also holding the
indexes in RAM.

I've posted some ideas about dealing with this on discourse:

(Per the discussion on LLVM-dev, I'd suggest we try out discourse, but will
