[cfe-dev] Where do built plugins lay?

Hi!

I recently tried to commit  https://reviews.llvm.org/D59464, but reverted
it after buitbots failing to find the added plugins. I really don't know
how to fix this, does anyone have experience with plugins? The patch looks
fine locally.
