[cfe-dev] Windows style-on-command-line failures (Was: buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x86-win2008-selfhost)

We can disable it for now on Windows. The best "solution" I've thought of
for papering over this file system semantic difference is going to be
implementing our own 'rm' on Windows that retries the removal after waiting
a bit.
