[cfe-dev] Windows style-on-command-line failures (Was: buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x86-win2008-selfhost)

This bot, and possibly other windows bots, seems to fail the
style-on-command-line test pretty frequently. Anyone know how to resolve
that, or if we should disable this test on windows?
