[cfe-dev] libc++ on windows

libcxx doesn't currently compile using mingw for Windows.

I'm about to submit another patch attempting to fix it though.

If it's accepted, I'll contact you privately / directly and see if I can
help you get it libcxx on mingw working for you. Contact me directly and
let me know what your system is.
