[cfe-dev] Picking up an issue for a beginner

Hi all,

I am a beginner and have basic knowledge about the functioning of a compiler (not specifically clang). Can someone help me in picking up a bug from bugzilla to get started with? 
Any help on the same will be highly appreciated.
