We have not found any way to get declaration from TemplateTypeParmType (while this is feasibile for UnresolvedUsingType, TypedefType, RecordType, EnumType, InjectedClassNameType). What is the proper way to associate TemplateTypeParmType to its TemplateTypeParmDecl?
