Removes STRIP_FROM_INC_PATH across all subproject Doxygen configuration files (bolt, clang, clang-tools-extra, flang, lldb, llvm, mlir, openmp, polly). 

This preserves full relative path context for source files and prevents Doxygen from confusing files with identical names (such as lib/IR/Use.cpp vs lib/ShadowIR/Use.cpp), ensuring correct source linking.
