Thanks for clarifying. I wasn’t aware of #196597 when I started this. I’m happy to defer to #234793. This PR adds regression coverage for #229809, including mixed captures and consteval copy-constructor captures, which may be useful to carry over. Once those cases are covered, I’ll close this as superseded. Thanks for suggesting that the parallel work be acknowledged in the commit message.
