That is a valid concern, and I don't have a good answer to at the moment. I am pretty sure we can thin langopts significantly. Thinning it out though sounds pre-mature...

I will try to reproduce on my local system. I did not get such a failure. Maybe I missed something. This will likely need to wait for after llvm-dev.
