[clang] [CIR][Docs][www] Preserve generated dialect reference docs from source sync (PR #234436)

Complement to #232912: the Sphinx source sync step deletes .md files in the build docs tree that are not checked in unless listed in PRESERVE_FILE. The CIR tablegen outputs landed in the build tree before the sync ran and were pruned, so the post-process step silently found nothing and the reference page never reached the published site. List them alongside the other generated docs.
