Yes, same mechanism. #232606 only guards the call operator's type at the parser call site; this one checks inside `handleLambdaNumbering`, so it also covers the TreeTransform entry, template parameter types and the requires-clause. It fixes the #170185 reproducer too in my opinion, I can add test as well.
