Done. The tests now live in `SourceLocationTest.cpp` (matching `TemplateTypeParmTypeLoc` via `typeLoc(loc(templateTypeParmType())))`, and they still fail without the `RecursiveASTVisitor` change. The old test file is removed, and CMakeLists.txt and TestVisitor.h are reverted to main
