[clang] [clang-repl] Re-enable Interpreter tests under ASan (PR #230880)

Re-enable the `clang-repl` tests that were previously marked
`UNSUPPORTED: asan` due to `Delta32` relocation overflows (#102858,
#135401, #150242).
