*Maybe*. The breakage you link to executes the `clang` command fine and fails at the next line (Line 13 of the test). *However*, it could be that it uses the system `clang` (because, without #230061, `clang` isn't built), which may not produce the files that the failing command expects. It's worth trying (and the fix should be applied at any rate).
