[clang-tools-extra] [clangd][test] Move plugin example source files to Inputs directory (PR #230245)

Move FeatureModuleExample.cpp and StandaloneTweakExample.cpp into the
clangd/test/Inputs directory to follow the directory convention, and
update CMakeLists.txt accordingly.
