oh, the script is not that smart: by default it will generate template for every single files from the given input folder. So if there is an unsupported extension, one has to manually exclude it like
```
./utils/create_template_mca_tests.py --cpu tt-ascalon-x --exclude zbc.s test/tools/llvm-mca/RISCV/Inputs ...
```
