Alright, while trying to add it under `Stmt` I realized that there's already an existing `Stmt::stripLabelLikeStatements()` that serves basically the same function. I've deleted the definition of `GetInnermostStatement` and changed all callers to use `Stmt::stripLabelLikeStatements()` instead.
