`Portability` is off by default, so `-Wno-portability` has no default diagnostic left to suppress, and this test now checks the same thing as `separate-mp07.f90`. Maybe repurpose it, for example to check that `-fimplicit-module-prefix -pedantic -Wno-implicit-module-prefix -Werror` repairs silently?
