I also found that we have a problem with function pointers
```cpp
 void foo(void (*F)(int)) {
      [[F(1);]]
 }
```
Extract to function leads to incorrect extracted function parameter type`void extracted(void (*)(int) Fn)`.

But maybe we can fix this separately, because this was not introduced by this PR.
