Subject: [PATCH] [clang-tidy][doc] Document that Class* options apply only to
 static members

This appears to be the intention based on the code:

    if (Decl->isStatic() && NamingStyles[SK_ClassMethod])
      return SK_ClassMethod;

Fix a couple examples accordingly.
