Could you add a CIRGen test (e.g. `-triple amdgcn-amd-amdhsa` `-emit-cir`) that checks the emitted `dlti.dl_spec` has `target_address_space` entries with the right sizes, and a case where a struct with a non-default-AS pointer member gets the right size and padding?
