What about making it configurable by adding an option that allow Clang to behave like GCC?

I'm asking because at least in Debian, we're configuring packages with `--host=sh4-linux-gnu` and if that option wouldn't work anymore, we wouldn't be able to build anything without patching.

There are also some packages that check for `sh*eb` and `sh*` but not `sh*l` as the latter has not existed yet as far as I know.
