Again, these builtins don't exist. The builtins that need to be handled are already in this switch statement, but they currently fall through to the code on line 1446 that issues a "not yet implemented diagnostic". I recommend that you start by creating a test that you expect to call these builtins and compile the test with no other changes to verify that you see the diagnostic. Then you can return to this code and create the implementation.
