Good catch. I have checked that `RD->methods()` indeed only iterates direct declarations, missing methods from using declarations.
Now hasOperatorStar and findValueMethod use DeclContext::lookup, which finds both direct and using-introduced names.
Added a test case with the inherited-via-using pattern.
