Yes, I totally agree. That is why I have included the small explanation in the description. This PR **should not** be merged any time before merging the #205951 PR. Once that PR is merged this PR needs to be updated since it contains elements of the `UseAfterLifetimEnd` checker from #205951 PR. Once `UseAfterLifetimeEnd` is merged we can do the cleanup.
